We are only able to supply private prescriptions written by UK REGISTERED PRACTITIONERS, and in no circumstance will we dispense any prescription written outside the UK. We will take every step to confirm the authenticity of any prescription we receive by post. We do not dispense against fax or e-mail prescriptions. We are Independent Prescribers and so able to write prescriptions for our patient after appropriate consultation in our Clinic or Virtually within our competencies.

Customer Orders
By placing an order, you are deemed to have accepted our Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not comply with our protocol for pharmaceutical supplies, conditions of promotions and offers.
Promotions and Offers
Promotions and offers will be available from time to time. Each promotional offer will have its own Terms and Conditions. In order to participate in these promotional offers, these terms and conditions must be complied with. Only one Offer Free Gift per order. Where more than one offer free gift is requested, we reserve the right to supply only one of those requested. The choice of which free gift is to be supplied will be at our discretion. All offers on this site are subject to availability and whilst stocks last.
Pricing
Prices featured include UK VAT at the current rate and exclusive of delivery charge. We reserve the right to amend prices from time to time. EU residents pay the VAT inclusive price. Non-EU and exempt residents can have VAT deducted if the address of delivery is outside the EU.
Shipping
Our aim is to ship your order as soon as it is ready. We would normally use standard Royal Mail delivery which is within 48 hours for a First-class delivery or a 4 – 5 days Second class delivery and charged accordingly. We do have opportunity for a faster delivery within 24 hours subject to delivery charges typically apply to orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday.
We would advise you of the delivery charges as soon as your order is placed and confirm when the order is shipped and when to expect a delivery
Returns
As much as we do not want you to return any of our goods, we are happy to refund your money in full if for any reason you are dissatisfied with our products, provided the goods are returned intact, in their original container, unopened, unused, and returned postage paid by the customer
